PCF Insurance Services continues its M&A efforts, this time completing the purchase of Top Insurance Associates in Snohomish, Washington. This is the group’s 15th deal this year.

Commenting on the deal, Brock K. Dewees, Chief Development Officer at BCF Insurance (pictured), said: “Our acquisition of the Top Insurance Associates team is in line with our strategy to grow in targeted markets and specific industries.

“Top Insurance Associates is positioned for significant growth, and we are excited to work with the team to expand their capabilities and build on their success.”

In business for nearly three decades, Top Insurance Associates offers a wide range of insurance products across personal and commercial lines. Its client base spans Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Under the deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, Top Insurance Associates will be merged into Fortiphi Insurance, a regional entity of PCF.

This move will allow both agencies to collaborate and provide enhanced insurance and risk management services to clients throughout Washington and the broader Pacific Northwest region.

Recent acquisitions by the broader company include Lexington-based Kentucky Health Solutions, which joined PCF Insurance’s Maverick Insurance Group.

“We want to ensure that every company we work with has a long growth path ahead of it,” PCF Insurance CEO Felix Morgan said recently. “By intentionally focusing on these types of transactions, we are setting the stage for long-term profitability.”
