Aon selects retired North America CEO to serve as CEO of the region

Jennifer Bell (pictured), who will step down from her role as CEO of Aon North America and retire at the end of the year, has been named CEO of the Narcotics Anonymous region.

Effective immediately, Lori Golterman, Region CEO, will assume Bell’s responsibilities at the helm of the company, assuming direct leadership of Aon North America.

The outgoing leader’s tenure at Aon extends for more than 33 years. Prior to her role as CEO of North America, Bell served as Regional Managing Director for the Central Region – generally overseeing the Chicago, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Wisconsin, Northeast Ohio, Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh offices.

Prior to that, she served as Regional Managing Director for the Northeast Region, as well as Resident Managing Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cleveland. Additionally, Bell was a co-founder of Aon’s Global Inclusion Leadership Council, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s commitment to inclusion through significant initiatives.

Commenting on her career, Bell said: “Over the past three decades, I have had the opportunity to work with great colleagues at Aon and help our customers meet their greatest needs. Aon has proven its ability to lead the industry and deliver more for customers, and I am excited to see the company’s continued success.” .
