ALKEME, a top 40 insurance brokerage firm in the country, has welcomed Troy Chacaron as its new Chief Growth Officer. Bringing over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, Chacaron will drive ALKEME through a strategic evolution focused on organic growth and advanced acquisition strategies.
Prior to joining ALKEME, Chacaron served as Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth and Alternative Distribution at Voya Investment Management. There, he helped expand multiple distribution channels, demonstrating his ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and product development.
In his new role, Chacaron aims to combine his comprehensive understanding of market dynamics with ALKEME’s growth objectives. His primary focus will be on driving organic expansion, optimizing acquisitions, and modernizing operational frameworks. His strategies are designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the company, supporting each division in its individual and collective goals.
