DUAL North America, owned by Howden, has appointed Scott Noerr as its new chief information officer. The appointment is part of DUAL’s efforts to strengthen its IT capabilities and improve the way it serves its customers.
Nour brings his extensive experience and proven track record of driving innovation and implementing advanced technology solutions across diverse regulatory environments. His work will focus on driving innovation and implementing advanced technology solutions to ensure the seamless operation of critical systems that support DUAL’s business objectives.
As the new CTO, Neuer will oversee DUAL’s technology team, including the heads of production applications, technology R&D, IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
