PCF Insurance Services has acquired the insurance operations of Nevada-based 360 Insurance.

Announcing the acquisition, PCF Insurance Chief Development Officer Brooke K. Dewees (pictured) said: “360 Insurance was founded on the principles of superior service, trust and expertise, which have been the foundation of its continued success.

Founded more than 75 years ago in the Las Vegas Valley, 360 Insurance provides a broad range of insurance solutions – auto, home, commercial and life – to personal and commercial policyholders.

The merger of the U.S.-licensed company with PCF Insurance is expected to deliver enhanced benefits to customers, including expanded coverage options, more competitive pricing, and additional services such as in-house risk management and claims defense.

Meanwhile, PCF Insurance remains on track to achieve its ambitious goal of increasing its EBITDA by $50 million by the end of 2024.

Recent acquisitions by the Group include Asset Insurance Agency Operations, DLD Insurance Brokers, Montalvo Insurance Agency, Ignitist, Brady Agency, Roseberry Insurance Agency and Sinnott Agency.

The Company’s acquisition strategy is focused on strengthening its core property, casualty, health and benefits offerings in key markets, while enhancing its internal risk management and loss control expertise for expanding industries.
