PCF Insurance Services continues its acquisition spree, this time buying the insurance business of Kentucky Health Solutions in Lexington.

Commenting on the deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, PCF Insurance CEO Felix Morgan (pictured) said: “Our acquisition of the Kentucky Health Solutions team signals our strategic focus on expanding our footprint in key markets with insurers that leverage our strength across our industry sectors.

“We want to ensure that every company we work with has a long growth path ahead of them. By intentionally focusing on these types of transactions, we are setting the stage for long-term profitability.”

With its proximity, Kentucky Health Solutions will merge with Louisville-based PCF Insurance’s Maverick Insurance Group. The merger is expected to expand the combined entity’s service capabilities in Kentucky and enhance the value it provides to clients across the region.

Kentucky Health Solutions specializes in health and life insurance products, offering plans for individuals and families. Its portfolio, which includes health, life and dental plans, will complement Maverick Insurance Group’s existing property and casualty insurance services.

In addition, Kentucky Health Solutions is known for its expertise in advising Medicare clients, helping seniors find cost-effective benefits that meet their specific health and lifestyle needs.

This transaction represents the 14th significant deal undertaken by PCF Insurance in 2024, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its market presence through mergers and acquisitions.
