Insurance brokerage ALKEME announced the acquisition of InsurePro, a personal and commercial insurance provider headquartered in Draper, Utah. The acquisition, unveiled Thursday, enhances ALKEME’s efforts to expand its presence in Utah and enrich its portfolio in personal and commercial insurance lines, according to a press release.

The acquisition aims to strengthen ALKEME’s offerings in the field of high-value personal insurance, and benefit from InsurePro’s specialization in this field. The collaboration between the two entities is expected to enhance services and provide clients with access to a wide range of resources.
