Hub International Limited has added Clark 401k Consulting to its list of companies.

Clark 401k Consulting specializes in 401(k) retirement plan consulting and fiduciary operations, and offers a range of 401(k) retirement plan consulting services. These services include independent investment consulting, fiduciary process creation and review and best practices, retirement readiness assessments, plan improvement strategies, benchmarking, and investment selection and monitoring.

The acquiring company is headquartered in Los Gatos, California.

Under the deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, chartered investment advisor Christopher Clark and his team will join the retirement and private wealth practice in Central and Northern California.

Hub RPW supports plan sponsors in creating offerings that align with their business objectives, managing credit risk, and helping employees achieve their financial goals. Currently, several of Hub RPW’s registered affiliates provide advisory services to clients with total assets of approximately $148 billion.

Clark 401k Consulting is the latest in a series of acquisitions by Hub. The group recently purchased the assets of Southern Colorado Insurance (formerly SCIC LLC), which will be merged into Hub Colorado and known as SCIC LLC, a subsidiary of Hub International.

Other newly acquired companies include Insurance Management Company, Weed Associates, Symphony Financial and Insurance Services, Essex Agency, Combined HCM, True North Group Insurance Services, Cargill Insurance, and Meriwether & Williams.
