Duck Creek Technologies has appointed Bindu Crandall as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Crandall will lead the company’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives, driving its global growth and strengthening Duck Creek’s position in the property and casualty insurance software and services sector.
Crandall has more than two decades of experience from enterprise technology companies, specializing in branding, demand generation, thought leadership and content strategy. Her track record of success in launching brands and products through revenue-driven marketing and sales strategies positions her well for this position.
“Bindu is a seasoned marketer and leader who understands how to connect with SaaS (software as a service) customers and deliver value,” noted Duck Creek CEO Mike Jakosky. “She has significant experience building and scaling world-class marketing organizations for cloud-based software companies.
“I am thrilled to welcome her to the Duck Creek team and look forward to working with her to accelerate our growth and expand our market leadership.”
Prior to her appointment at Duck Creek, Crandall served as chief marketing officer at Accenture’s Navisite, a digital transformation and IT services provider. She also spent time as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Optima Healthcare Solutions after working at companies such as Internap, McKesson, and the predecessor to Cisco Scientific Atlanta.
