These promotions follow the promotions of 17 partners announced earlier this year, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 349.

Nick Thomas, Global Senior Partner (pictured), said: “In a year where we have delivered record financial results, I am delighted to once again announce the latest set of promotions for senior staff across the network. This is testament to the talent of our people and our commitment to nurturing and developing their careers with us.”

“Our people are our competitive advantage and are at the heart of our continued growth, and I would like to congratulate this year’s group who have impressed us with their uncompromising high standards and determination to deliver the best for our clients. I have no doubt that their careers will continue to flourish, and I wish them every success,” commented Alan Demirkaya, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Kennedy recently announced record revenues of £384 million for the 2023/24 financial year, up 17% year-on-year. The company’s growth was further boosted by the opening of its 10th US office, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the addition of a 16-person team from Clyde & Co to its Melbourne roster.
