King Insurance Partners has announced a significant milestone in its growth trajectory, increasing its revenue more than 15-fold since 2021. The company is expected to surpass $75 million in revenue by the end of this year.

The company attributed this achievement to strategic mergers and acquisitions coupled with continued organic growth. Over the past three years, King has completed 36 acquisitions, expanding its team to nearly 300 people.

As part of this growth, King Insurance Partners also welcomed Pete Gilbertson (pictured above) as the company’s new president. Gilbertson has 35 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. He previously served as executive vice president at USI, where he oversaw California operations across 10 offices and 450 employees.

He previously held positions as executive vice president and regional manager for the Northern Region at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and associate vice president at Marsh. Gilbertson holds a degree in economics from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Gilbertson’s experience spans a range of functions within an insurance brokerage firm, from sales and mergers and acquisitions to operations. King Insurance Partners highlighted his leadership as integral to driving growth and enhancing its ability to effectively serve clients.
