Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty) has appointed Pierce Dyer (pictured) as Vice President/Producer.

Dyer has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and is highly regarded for his ability to provide customized insurance solutions. His career began in the hospitality industry where he managed a popular breakfast destination in Seattle.

The principal’s professional background paved the way for a successful transition into the insurance industry, where he became a fourth-generation professional. The family legacy dates back to 1913 when Dyer’s grandfather and grandfather founded W.C. Dyer & Sons in Salem, Oregon. Dyer’s retired father served as a senior vice president at Kibble & Prentice/USI.

Dyer began his career in insurance as an assistant account manager during the merger of Kibble & Prentice with USI, before taking on a product role at Sprague Israel Giles. At Sprague, he specialized in providing insurance to medical professionals, particularly physical therapists, and successfully expanded and managed his portfolio.

Commenting on his new role, Dyer said, “Liberty has an unparalleled commitment to the well-being, happiness and career goals of its employees. That’s why I’m proud to join a team of professionals who serve their clients with passion, live their lives with joy and give back to their communities responsibly.”

In his new role, Dyer will focus on building the business and applying his expertise in delivering property and casualty insurance solutions. Dyer will be based in Seattle, but will also be based out of the Woodland Hills, California, office, where he is expected to contribute significantly to Liberty’s growth and innovation in the sector.
