LP Insurance Services, LLC announced the addition of Ashlynne Valdez (pictured above) to its Southern Nevada employee benefits brokerage team.

Valdez, a Nevada native and University of Nevada, Reno graduate, will be responsible for developing new relationships and retaining existing clients within the Limited Insurance Benefits division.

Her role includes assisting employers in improving and communicating their benefits plans, providing services in both English and Spanish.

Trinity Stillman, Chief Operating Officer of LP Insurance Services, said Valdez brings a wealth of experience to her new role at the company.

“Ashlyn is an excellent addition to our benefits team,” said Stillman. “She has extensive experience in human resources, compliance and plan communications.”

In April, the company also announced the appointment of Lynn Roberts as a new member of its employee benefits mediation team.

Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Roberts began her extensive insurance career with a stint in account service before eventually becoming a broker.

Last year saw seven new member-owners join the shareholder group, with the company welcoming Bridget Brundage, Lani Copeland, Shalila Cheta, Mary Jo Hawkins, Melissa Marsh, Doug Richesen and Deborah Wilson.
