Andrzej Klicek (pictured above, left) and Vincent Vandendaele have joined the supervisory board of MJM Holdings SA, a reinsurance brokerage based in Poland.

The appointment of Klesic and Vandel was approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of MJM Holdings SA.

Klesic will serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. His background includes roles as Managing Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management and CEO of PZU from 2007 to 2015. He has also been involved in the Ministry of Property Transfers and co-founded Handlobank and Bank Inteligo.

His previous career includes positions at McKinsey & Company in London and Boston Consulting Group. Klesic holds a degree from the Catholic University of Lublin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Klesic expressed his commitment to supporting MJM Holdings, citing the honor of chairing the Supervisory Board and the opportunity to work with CEO Marcin Slotala (pictured above right) and the team to achieve the goals set by the majority shareholder, Corsair Capital.

Vandendael, another new member of the board, brings international experience to the table. He most recently served as CEO of Everest Global Markets and its subsidiary Lloyd’s Syndicate 2786 and chaired the Ireland Board of Directors.

His previous positions include Global Commercial Director of Lloyd’s of London and CEO of Lloyd’s of Europe in Brussels, along with nearly two decades at Zurich Financial Services.

Vandendael’s role on the Supervisory Board will strengthen MJM Holdings’ resources and international business relationships, which is crucial for the development of the MJM MGA platform, according to Michal Chmielowski, the holding’s vice president for international affairs.

“Andrzej and Vincent’s experience will enhance our expertise in the Polish insurance and reinsurance market. I am honored that they have decided to join us, and I am sure that their presence will only accelerate the continued strong growth of our company.”

The current Supervisory Board of MJM Holdings SA consists of Andrzej Klesic (Chairman), Tomasz Dudzinski, Raja Hacitouma, Benjamin Phillips, Edward Wertheim and Vincent Vandendaele.

MJM Holdings specializes in insurance and reinsurance brokerage for complex industrial and commercial projects in Poland. It integrates platforms such as Attis Broker, Smart Re, MJM Brokers and MJM Risk Management to deliver comprehensive and customized insurance solutions. The company operates nine offices, employs more than 200 people, and serves more than 1,500 clients domestically and internationally.
