ReSource Pro, an operations partner to the insurance industry, has introduced Direct Bill Complete to simplify the way agents and brokers manage their direct billing commissions.

The new offering aims to address the complex task of reconciling direct billing commissions, which has traditionally been labor-intensive and prone to manual errors. By automating a significant portion of the process, Direct Bill Complete helps reduce operational burden and cost for agencies.

“Even with an advanced approach to AI, we have not lost sight of the human element needed to improve technology in this space,” said Seema Shaukat, Vice President of Retail Practice at ResourcePro.

“In the past, agents had to use multiple partners or specific technologies to manage this reconciliation – with Direct Bill Complete, we’ve taken steps to solve that problem.”

This launch follows another AI-powered innovation from the company earlier this year. In May, ReSource Pro launched Policy Insights ExpressCheck, an automated policy screening tool.

To date, the company has provided support to about 100 insurance organizations with their accounting and financial operations.
