SiriusPoint, a global reinsurance specialist, and Service First Insurance, a managing general agent (MGA) providing insurance solutions to the commercial and business markets in Ireland, have announced a strategic partnership on a programme for property owners.

The distribution partnership with SiriusPoint will enable Service First to cover commercial property risks up to €10 million. As part of the collaboration, Service First will manage all aspects of the insurance lifecycle, from underwriting to claims, in partnership with SiriusPoint.

Padraig Lynch, CEO of Service First, commented that the partnership with SiriusPoint will bring new capabilities to the Irish insurance market.

Earlier this month, SiriusPoint also announced a strategic partnership with Tara Hill Insurance Services, a company responsible for managing excess and surplus programs, to enhance its liability portfolios.
