Specialist insurance company NSM Insurance Group announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire InsurEVO.

UK-based InsurEVO specializes in personal lines travel insurance and operates two well-known brands, AllClear Travel Insurance and InsureandGo, serving more than three million customers. The acquisition is pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. They have been on the market since 2000.

Jeff McKernan, CEO and founder of NSM Insurance Group, welcomed this addition.

“Today marks an exciting new chapter for AllClear and InsureandGo. We are thrilled to welcome these iconic brands to the NSM family,” said McKernan.

Chris Rowland, Group CEO of AllClear and InsureandGo, was praised for his work in growing both brands and driving technology changes while maintaining strong growth. McKernan also stressed that the joint efforts will lead to continued innovation, enhanced value for customers and expansion of NSM’s global presence.

Roland expressed his excitement about joining NSM, noting that the partnership will help continue the growth and scale of the business.
