IMA Financial Group’s strategic partners, EBS Insurance Brokers and Sinclair Risk & Financial Management, now operate under the names IMA Boston and IMA Connecticut respectively.

Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, EBS specializes in health and wellness plan administration, executive and international benefits, and financial services. EBS joined IMA in December 2023, bringing extensive employee benefits expertise to one of IMA’s fastest-growing divisions.

Meanwhile, Sinclair, which has offices in Wallingford and Norwalk, Connecticut, joined the IMA in August 2023. The company excels in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare and social service nonprofits. It also provides commercial insurance and employee benefits for mid-sized businesses and personal insurance for high-net-worth clients.

Since 2020, IMA has entered into 28 strategic partnerships across the insurance brokerage and financial services sectors. Following the opening of its first office in New York City in May, IMA’s expansion into the Northeast includes partners who share its commitment to client service, associate experience, and community impact.
