WTW has announced the launch of a new property insurance facility in partnership with Canopius and Verita.

The exclusive offering, called the Client Edge Facility, was developed through a collaboration between WTW Corporate Risk and Broking North America (CRB NA), Canopius US Insurance, and Verita Capital Solutions. It will be led by Canopius, which provides the capacity through its excess and surplus securities in the United States.

The Client Edge facility is intended to cover large and complex real estate risks, as well as medium-sized real estate risks for joint and multi-layer programs within WTW’s U.S. real estate portfolio. It enhances real estate capacity, offers specialized premium discounts and limits up to $25 million. In addition, Verita’s expertise will support the facility’s expansion.
